Assuming your Sage Business Care plan is current, supported versions are eligible for Payroll updates twice a year, and the option to increase the functionality of BusinessVision by adding LAN Packs (additional user licenses), Custom Pack or MultiCurrency Manager. If you need to add any of those capabilities, you'll need to be on a current version.
If your Sage Business Care (annual software maintenance) has expired, you will need to get it reinstated to be able to get to the current version or add any of the BusinessVision add-ons mentioned. Please contact us for more information on getting back on plan with Sage Business Care.
